We can accommodate a maximum of 200 guests.
HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE?
Signing the venue contract and paying the non-refundable deposit secures the date for your event.
WHAT DOES THE SITE FEE INCLUDE?
The site fee includes the exclusive rental of the tennis court, pool area, bride’s suite and groom’s suite and playroom and bathroom for up to 12 hours (10:00am – 12:00am). This shall include at least 2 hours to prepare and allow for vendor deliveries /set up and 1 hour to strike. Plus rehearsal time prior to the day off.
CAN I USE MY OWN VENDORS?
We are the perfect All-Inclusive venue or you can arrange elements on your own. For all other details on your day, we have a PREFERRED VENDOR LIST for your coordination, entertainment, floral, photobooth and photography needs. These vendors have been selected because they are excellent at what they do. Although we prefer you choose vendors from our PREFERRED VENDOR LIST, outside vendors are permitted. All outside vendors must be approved by SAE event planner. They are required to have a business license and insurance. As the renter, you assume all liability and responsibility for vendors you hire for your event.
CAN I BRING IN OUTSIDE ALCOHOL?
Unfortunately since we have own liquor license, we reserve exclusive alcohol service for all events.
DO I NEED A COORDINATOR?
A licensed and insured "day-of" wedding coordinator or event professional is not required for events but is recommended to handle all of the details on the day of your event so that you can relax and enjoy your special day!
WHERE IS PARKING?
There is ample parking on the street for guests and vendors, however we can recommend valet companies if you wish.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Rates start at $4,300 which includes a maintenance person on the day of. You can opt to use our tables and chairs (more cost effective) or arrange for your own. The Venue Fee does not include any linens, plates, silverware, or glassware as each client has different needs & decor ideas.

Groom’s room is apx 12’ x 12’, with a bathroom, a bed and a couch. There is a playroom with a pool table, air hockey, two video games and TV
